Where our numbers come from
Every statistic we publish carries a provenance marker. Platform data is collected from systems we or our clients operate, and is published only with client permission and only in aggregated, anonymized form. Analysis is our own calculation over a stated dataset. Synthesis is a figure drawn from a named external source, which we link.
How our studies are run
Every research study states its method, its sample size, and the window during which data was collected. We retain the raw dataset behind every published study. If you want to check our work, ask and we will show you the data.
What we will not do
We do not publish invented case studies, estimated numbers presented as measured ones, or client results we cannot evidence. A number we cannot stand behind does not get published.
Corrections
When we get something wrong we correct the post, note what changed at the foot of it, and update the modified date. We do not silently edit published claims.
AI disclosure
We use AI tooling to draft and edit. Every published piece is reviewed by a named author who is accountable for its accuracy, and every statistic is verified against its source before publication.
